Data isolation
Every organization on TrueTone is walled off from every other. One company’s loan officers, contacts, drafts, seeds, and settings are kept separate from every other company’s, and that separation is enforced and audited. Information from one organization never surfaces inside another.
What it is
TrueTone is used by many companies at once, from a solo loan officer on a personal plan to a lender with a full roster of seats. Data isolation is the guarantee that all of those accounts share the same product without ever sharing data. Your content, your contacts, your profile, your voice, and your settings belong to your account and stay there.
It is the same idea as separate accounts at a bank. Everyone banks at the same institution, but no one can see into anyone else’s account. On TrueTone the wall between organizations is not something you set up or maintain. It is built in, always on, and applies to every account by default.

You want to know your drafts, your contacts, and your work are private to you, and that another company using TrueTone can never see them. This page explains why that holds without you doing anything.
How isolation works
You do not configure isolation, so the useful thing to understand is the principle behind it, not the plumbing. Four ideas carry the whole guarantee.
Every piece of data belongs to one account
Nothing in TrueTone floats free. A draft, a contact, a seed, a scheduled post, a website, a setting, each one is owned by a specific account. Because everything has a clear owner, there is always a definite answer to the question of who is allowed to see it.
A request only ever returns your own data
When your account asks for its content or its contacts, TrueTone hands back only what belongs to you. There is no view, no search, and no report that reaches across the boundary into another organization. One company’s information cannot appear inside another company’s account.
Access by staff or admins is governed and recorded
The only people who ever work inside an account other than their own are TrueTone staff supporting a customer, or an org admin acting for a loan officer in their own organization. That access is a deliberate, recorded act, never a quiet back door, and it still respects every boundary. Acting on behalf of someone never reaches across into another organization. Separation is enforced and audited
The wall between organizations is enforced on the system side, not left to good intentions, and access is recorded so it can be reviewed. Isolation holds regardless of who is acting or what they are doing.
What belongs to whom
Within your own company there is a natural split between what is personal to a loan officer and what the organization shares. Across companies, the answer is always the same: none of it is reachable.

On a company account an org admin can see and support the loan officers inside their own organization, which is a matter of their role rather than a break in isolation. What no role and no setting can do is reach into a different company’s data. That boundary is fixed.
Where private data ends and public pages begin
One distinction is worth drawing so nothing is confusing. Isolation protects your private workspace: your drafts, your contacts, your profile, your settings, and everything you have not chosen to publish.
Your website is different by design. When you publish a page or a blog post to your hosted site, you are deliberately making it public, so it is meant to be seen by anyone who visits. That is the point of a website. Publishing your own content to your own site is not a break in isolation, it is you choosing what the world sees. Everything you keep inside TrueTone and do not publish stays private to your account.
Good to know
There is nothing to turn on. Isolation is not a plan feature or a setting you can misconfigure. It applies to every account, on every plan, from the moment the account exists.
An org admin’s reach stops at the edge of their own organization. There is no toggle, permission, or support path that lets one company’s admin see or touch another company’s seats, content, contacts, or analytics.
