Credit packs and top-ups

When your credit balance is running low, a credit pack tops you up without changing your plan. Buy one in a few clicks with a card, or, if your organization is billed by invoice, add the credits now and put the charge on your next monthly invoice.

What it is

Every AI generation in the TrueTone System spends a small, fixed number of credits from a shared balance. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, but a busy stretch, a campaign push, or a run of larger jobs can outpace it. A credit pack is a one-time purchase that adds capacity on top of your plan.

Packs are separate from your subscription. Buying one does not change your monthly plan, your renewal date, or your monthly allowance. It simply adds credits to the balance your team draws from, and those purchased credits stay available until you use them.

There are two ways the charge is handled, and which one you see depends on how your account is billed:

  • Card checkout is the standard path. You pick a pack, pay once through a secure checkout, and the credits land in your balance.
  • Invoice top-up is for organizations that are billed by invoice. The credits are granted right away, and the cost is added to your organization’s next monthly invoice instead of a card charge.

Who it is for

If you own your own account or you are an organization admin, you can buy packs yourself. Loan officers who hold a seat on an organization plan do not buy directly; instead they ask their admin, who tops up the shared balance for everyone.

Sales, marketing, and support teammates can use this page to explain how a customer adds capacity without touching their plan.

The credit packs

Three packs are available, sized for different needs. The credits and prices below are the current published values; the live packs and prices are always shown on your Billing page and in the in-app top-up dialog, which are the source of truth if anything changes.

PackCreditsPrice
Starter250$25
Growth750$65
Scale2,000$150

A Good fit tag highlights a middle option to make the choice easy, but any pack works for any account. As a rough sense of scale, a 250-credit Starter pack covers around 40 blog posts or roughly a dozen rendered videos. For the cost of each action, see Billing and credits.

💡

Purchased pack credits are added to your balance and are not tied to the monthly reset, so they carry over and wait until you use them. That makes a pack the right choice for a one-off busy month rather than a permanent change to your plan.

How to buy

How you complete a purchase depends on your role and how your organization is billed.

For account owners and organization admins on a standard card-billed plan.

Open your packs

Go to the Billing page and find the Credit packs section, or click Get more credits anywhere the app flags a low balance.

Choose a pack

Pick Starter, Growth, or Scale. Each row shows the credits and the price so there are no surprises.

Complete checkout

Selecting Buy pack sends you to a secure one-time checkout to enter your payment and billing details. Your subscription and renewal date are untouched.

Credits land in your balance

After payment, you are returned to the Billing page with a confirmation, and the purchased credits are available to spend.

Buying when you run low

You do not have to go looking for the Billing page. When a generation needs more credits than you have, the app opens a Get more credits dialog right where you are working. It shows your current balance, how many more credits the blocked action needs, and the same packs you would see on the Billing page. Buyers can purchase on the spot; seats see a Request credits option instead, so the same rules always apply no matter where you start.

Good to know

💡

Buying a pack never changes your subscription. Plan changes, payment details, and invoices are all handled separately under Manage subscription.

⚠️

A low-balance nudge is a heads-up, not a hard stop. Topping up before a bigger production run, such as an audiogram or a rendered video, which cost the most credits, keeps a large job from stalling partway.

On an organization plan, credits are one shared pool. A pack you buy, or a top-up your admin adds, is available to the whole team, not just the person who bought it.
