Audit Export
The Audit Export is “Every piece your company published in a date range, with its checks and decisions, in one zip.” It is what you hand an examiner or keep for your own records.
Who can download it
A confirmed Compliance Admin, from Compliance, Audit Export. Only the Compliance Admin themself can export; it is not available when someone is viewing the account on their behalf.
Choosing a range
Pick a From and To date (in UTC), up to three years back.

If nothing was published in the range, there is nothing to download.
What is in the zip
- README.txt, explaining the contents.
- pieces.xlsx, one row per piece, with: Piece; Posted at (UTC); Where; Loan officer; NMLS number; NMLS ID on social profile; Checks run (pack version: result); Lines kept (reason); Accepted by; Accepted at; Released how; Released by.
- A folder per piece with its words (content.txt), its history (history.json), the email as sent where there is one, and its media. Anything too large to copy is listed in files.txt. Media is capped at 25 MB a file and 200 MB in total.
Good to know
- Published pieces only. The export covers pieces that went out. Website pages, flyers and postcards, emails exported without a release approval, and blogs later taken down are not included.
- Records are kept for three years. That is TrueTone’s default retention, not legal advice.
