Your website

Your website is a fully hosted site that TrueTone builds and runs for you. You edit it from the dashboard, and every change is live the moment you save. There is no separate publish step.

What it is

Your website is a hosted content management system. TrueTone stands up the site, hosts it, and serves it to the public for you. You do not touch servers, hosting plans, or code. You work entirely inside the Website section of the dashboard, and the public site reflects what you save.

The site ships ready to go with a professional structure: standard pages, product and calculator sections, and shared elements like your navigation, footer, and disclaimer. From there you shape the look, the words, and the market signals that help borrowers find you.

Because the public site reads your content fresh on every visit, there is no draft copy sitting between you and your audience. What you save is what a visitor sees. This keeps the site current, and it means you should treat every save as going live.

Who it is for

Any loan officer on TrueTone who wants a professional web presence without hiring a developer or wrestling with a website builder. The site is ready on day one, so you are editing and sharing rather than building from an empty page.

If you are on an enterprise plan, some site details may be set by your organization administrator, and the dashboard tells you when that is the case.

How it works

The Website section in the left navigation groups everything you need to run the site. Each item is a focused workspace, so you are never hunting for the right screen.

The Content workspace is the heart of it. There you switch between Pages, Products, and Calculators to edit the sections a visitor sees, and a Global area where you manage the elements that appear everywhere: your navigation, your footer, and your disclaimer. You edit one section at a time, which keeps a big site manageable.

To make a change and see it live:

Open the Website section

Pick the workspace that matches what you want to change, for example Theme for styling or Content for page copy.

Edit and save

Make your change. In Content, you work section by section across Pages, Products, Calculators, and the shared Global elements.

View your site

Use the “View your site” button in the page header to open your live public site in a new tab and confirm the result.

Your web address

TrueTone gives you a hosted web address the moment your site exists, so you can share it right away. When you are ready for a branded address, you can connect your own custom domain in Settings. Both your hosted address and your custom domain work at the same time, and the custom domain becomes the primary address for sharing.

Connecting a custom domain is optional. If you never add one, your hosted address keeps working for as long as your site is live.

Individual accounts can also toggle the “Site by TrueTone” mark in Settings. Enterprise sites do not show that mark.

Good to know

⚠️

There is no draft layer. Content you save is instantly live on your public site. Review a change before you save it, then use “View your site” to confirm.

💡

On enterprise plans, your organization administrator may manage your site details. When that applies, the Settings page tells you those details are managed for you.

A few things that are not part of the website today: there is no rate management or lead management surface here, and the site does not hold posts in a pending queue for later approval. Blog scheduling and post scheduling live in their own workspaces.
