The content pipeline
This is the whole product in one line: build your voice once, start from a topic instead of a blank page, generate in the channel you need, refine it, then publish, schedule, or export. Everything else in TrueTone is a detail of one of these five steps.
What it is
The blank page is the real work. Most content tools hand you an empty box and a cursor, and the hard part (deciding what to say, then saying it like yourself) is left entirely to you. The TrueTone System removes both. It captures how you actually sound, gives you a curated topic to start from, and drafts in your voice so you are editing instead of staring.
The pipeline is the same shape for every kind of content. You pick a Seed (a ready topic), choose one of the five Channels (Blog, Email, Social, Video, Audiograms), and get a draft written in your voice. From there you polish it and send it out the door.
You build your TrueTone Profile once. After that, the loop is Seed to draft to published, and it can take minutes.
Who it is for
Any loan officer producing marketing content and tired of the blank page. The pipeline is also the mental model sales, marketing, and product teams should share when they talk about TrueTone: not “an AI writer,” but a five-step path from voice capture to finished, on-brand content.
How it works
Build your TrueTone Profile
Tru, the onboarding interviewer, runs a short voice interview: 2 to 5 minutes of talking, with pause, restart, and re-record allowed. There is no live scoring during the session; the analysis is delivered afterward. The result is your TrueTone Profile, a captured read of how you write and speak (8 traits and 6 layers). Every draft you generate later is shaped by it, so this step happens once and pays off on everything after.
Pick a Seed
Seeds are curated topic ideas, grouped into Interest Groups such as Client Education and Brand Building. Follow the interests that fit your business and the Seeds page orders the most relevant ones first. Open a Seed to start from a real angle instead of a cursor. Nothing to say is no longer your problem to solve.
Prefer your own idea? Create Your Own lets you save source material as a Seed and generate from it the same way.
Generate in a channel
Open a Seed and choose one or more of the five Channels: Blog, Email, Social, Video, or Audiograms. Generate, and each draft comes back written in your voice, not a generic template. A few channel notes:
- Social produces one caption that works for every platform. There is no per-platform tuning to manage.
- Video gives you voice-aligned prose with a built-in teleprompter for recording, not a rigid scene-by-scene template.
- Audiograms write their own scripts and require a voice model, so set your voice up first.
Generating content spends credits from your allowance.
Refine in your voice
Open the draft in your library of creations and edit it until it is exactly right. The draft is a strong starting point in your voice, not a finished promise; you stay the editor. Rework a line, tighten the caption, adjust the script before you record.
Publish, schedule, or export
Where a finished piece goes depends on the channel:
- Blog posts publish to your website. There is no draft layer, so a published post is live immediately.
- Social posts, videos, and audiograms can go to the Scheduler to post at a chosen time. Videos need a recording and audiograms need an exported video before they can be scheduled.
- Email creations are export only. You copy or download them and send from your own email tool. TrueTone never sends email on your behalf.
Good to know
The Scheduler is a scheduler, not a content queue, and it does not rewrite captions with AI. It publishes exactly what you approved, at the time you set. Refine your draft first, then schedule it.
Your website has no draft layer. Publishing a blog post makes it live on your public site right away, so treat “publish” as “go live now.”
A few more limits worth knowing up front:
- Audiograms generate their own scripts. They do not pull text from a blog, email, or Seed.
- Video and audiogram files must be recorded or rendered before the Scheduler will accept them.
- Contacts is a lightweight, CRM-style list. You can push or export to your CRM, but TrueTone does not sync live with it.
For organizations: your admin can distribute Seeds (topics) to your team. You still generate every post yourself, in your own voice. Admins never hand out finished content.
