Gate Coverage
Gate Coverage is where your Compliance Admin decides, Channel by Channel, what a check means for release. A change applies to every loan officer at once. Every Channel starts on Advisory.
Where it lives
Compliance, then Gate Coverage. Only a confirmed Compliance Admin can change it; org admins see it read only. Choose a mode for each Channel and Save Gate Coverage. A history list shows every change and who made it.
The four modes
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Off | Nothing is checked and nothing waits. |
| Advisory | Checked, and anything found is shown. Nothing waits. A blocking line nobody fixed or kept asks the loan officer once before posting. |
| Enforced | A clean check goes out. A piece with a flagged line the loan officer kept waits for your decision. A blocking line has to be fixed first. |
| Always review | Every piece waits for your decision, even with a clean check. |
Which Channels can wait for a decision
| Channel | Modes offered |
|---|---|
| Social post, Blog post, Email | Off, Advisory, Enforced, Always review |
| Website page | Off, Advisory, Enforced. On Enforced, a page from the page builder with a blocking finding is not saved; warnings are only shown. |
| Video script, Marketing asset, Postcard, Flyer | Off, Advisory |
Flyers, postcards, marketing assets and video scripts are downloaded in the browser, so nothing can hold them yet. They are still checked, and their flags are shown.
💡
Until TrueTone confirms your Compliance Admin, every Channel is Advisory whatever is saved here.
