Plans and pricing
TrueTone has one plan for individual loan officers, billed monthly or annually, plus a per-seat plan for organizations. Every plan includes the full TrueTone System and a pool of monthly AI credits. This page covers what each plan costs, what is included, and how the trial works.
What it is
A TrueTone plan is what keeps your account on. It gives you the whole TrueTone System, from your TrueTone Profile to content generation across all five Channels to your hosted website, and it grants a set number of AI credits each month that get spent as you create.
There is no ladder of feature tiers to compare. A single plan, TrueTone Pro, unlocks everything for an individual loan officer. The only choice you make is how you want to pay for it: month to month, or once a year at a lower total. Organizations run on a separate per-seat plan billed to the company.
Who it is for
- Individual loan officers who pay for their own account choose TrueTone Pro and pick monthly or annual billing.
- Organizations that equip a team of loan officers use the per-seat enterprise plan, where the company is billed for the seats it provisions.
- Sales, marketing, and support teammates can use this page to explain the lineup accurately without pulling up a live price sheet.

Both TrueTone Pro options unlock exactly the same account. The difference is only the billing rhythm and the total you pay across a year. The enterprise plan is priced per seat and invoiced to the organization.
What is included
Every plan includes the full system, not a stripped-down version. On any plan you get:
- 300 AI credits each month to spend on generation. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.
- All five Channels: generate blog posts, emails, social posts, video scripts, and audiograms.
- Your TrueTone Profile, with your voice and brand settings, so everything sounds like you.
- Website tools for your theme, pages, blog, reviews, team, and analytics.
- A media library for uploads, AI image generation, and reusable assets.
- The everyday essentials: contacts, scheduling, integrations, billing, and support.
Credits are the meter for generation, and each action spends a small, fixed amount. This page does not repeat those per-action costs. See Credit packs and top-ups and the loan officer Billing and credits guide for how credits are spent and how to add more.
Monthly or annual
Both cadences give you the identical account and the same monthly pool of credits. The only real question is cash flow versus total cost.
Monthly
Pay $199 at the start of each month. This is the flexible choice: your commitment is only ever one month at a time, which suits you if you are still deciding or prefer to keep your outlay month to month.

New individual accounts begin with a 7-day free trial on TrueTone Pro, on either the monthly or annual option.
Generate from day one
Trials receive their monthly credits immediately, so you can build your TrueTone Profile and create content across every Channel during the trial, not just look around.
Billing begins after the trial
When the 7 days end, your chosen billing starts automatically. You can change plans or cancel before then from your subscription settings, and there is no charge if you cancel during the trial.
You choose monthly or annual when you start, and you can switch between them later. Changing your plan is done from the billing area, which opens a secure Stripe portal to update payment details, view invoices, or switch cadence. See Managing your subscription.
Enterprise plans
Organizations do not use the self-serve trial. The enterprise plan is priced per seat and billed to the company, invoiced monthly on net 30 terms, with no credit card required to get started. Each seat is a loan officer on the organization, and every seat carries the same full system and a monthly pool of credits shared across the team.
Enterprise pricing, seat counts, and invoicing are arranged with TrueTone rather than purchased through a checkout page.
Good to know
Prices, trial length, and what is included are set in your billing account and can change over time. The figures here reflect the current plans. Always confirm the live price shown at sign-up and on the billing page before you commit.
There is no free-forever tier and no cut-down starter plan. TrueTone Pro is the single individual plan, and the trial is your way to try the full system before paying.
Your subscription and your credits are two different things. The plan keeps your account on and refreshes your monthly credits; credit packs add extra credits on top when you need more in a busy stretch. One does not replace the other.
