TrueTone turns your ideas into marketing that sounds like you, across five Channels, without ever starting from a blank page. This page is the short version: what you can do, and where each piece lives.
What this is
TrueTone AI is a content system built for mortgage loan officers. You record one short voice interview, and from then on everything you generate (a blog post, an email, a social caption, a video script, an audiogram) comes out in your voice, not a generic template.
The heart of it is your TrueTone Profile: your captured tone, phrasing, and style. It belongs to you. If a teammate helps with your content, they can use your voice to produce things for you, but only you can ever rebuild it.
The five voice Channels are Blog, Email, Social, Video, and Audiograms. Around them sit the pieces that make posting a habit: Seeds (topic ideas so you never face the blank page), a Schedule for social posts, a hosted Website, and a lightweight Contacts list.
Who it is for
Every loan officer using TrueTone, whether you bought a personal plan or hold a seat inside a company account. If you are on a company account, a few things were set up for you (your license details, your monthly credit allowance, and your website), and your admin sends you topics to work from. Sales, marketing, and product teammates also use this page to see the full loan officer journey at a glance.
A day in the life
Build your voice once
New here? Start with the voice interview. Tru, your interviewer, asks a handful of questions over about two to five minutes. You can pause, restart, or re-record as much as you need. There is no live scoring during the session; your analysis is delivered afterward and becomes your TrueTone Profile.
Pick a topic (a Seed)
Open Seeds. A Seed is a topic worth posting about, with a little background attached. Seeds arrive as curated Interest Groups (for example Client Education or Brand Building) and, on a company account, from your admin. Nothing speaking to you? Use Create Your Own to save your own Seed in seconds, or build a finished marketing asset like a flyer or postcard.
Generate in your voice
From a Seed, choose the Channels you want and generate: a blog post, an email, a social caption, a video script, an audiogram, or several at once. One social caption works for every platform, so there is no per-platform rewriting to do. (Audiograms need a voice clone on file before they can be created.)
Review and refine
Everything you make lands in Creations, your personal library. Edit the wording, regenerate, or send a piece onward. Your drafts are private; colleagues never see what you are working on.
Schedule or publish
Send social posts to the Schedule to go out at the right time, or publish straight to your Website. Video scripts come with a built-in teleprompter, so recording to camera is easy.
Keep your presence current
Your hosted Website is a full site you control: blog, video feed, reviews, and your local search details. Your Contacts list keeps the people you work with in one place, ready to push or export to your CRM.
Your credits
Generating content spends AI credits. Where those credits come from depends on your account type.
Personal account
Your credits come with your plan and reset each month. Your billing page shows how much you have used and how much is left. If you run out before the reset, you can top up with a credit pack and keep working.
Good to know
A few honest limits, so nothing surprises you:
- Tru only interviews. Tru captures your voice; Tru does not write your content. Every piece is generated from your finished TrueTone Profile.
- Social is one caption, everywhere. Write once and it fits every platform. There is no per-platform tuning.
- Video has a teleprompter, not a script formula. You get voice-aligned prose to read, not rigid scene or beat templates.
- Audiograms write their own scripts. They do not pull text from a blog, an email, or a Seed.
- Email is export-only. TrueTone never sends an email on your behalf. You export the finished copy and send it your own way.
- Your website has no draft mode. A change you save is live on your public site immediately, so review before you save.
- The Scheduler schedules; it does not rewrite. It posts what you queued at the time you set. It will not regenerate a caption for you.
On a company account: your topics come from your admin, your credits draw from a shared pool (ask your admin to raise your limit if you run low; it is instant and costs the company nothing), and a Compliance Gate is being rolled out channel by channel in advisory mode. It reviews content but does not block anything you publish today.
